I would like to take a moment to thank Rick for a job well done regarding my home inspection at 801 W. Church Street in
Elmira, NY. Not only did he cover everything that I wanted looked at but he went above and beyond my expectations.
After the completion of the inspection, to my surprise I received pictures of everything that was in question as well as
the "problem" areas. He did a great job in giving me a detailed description of not only what the problems were but also a
suggestion on how to fix the problem.
I would not only recommend him to all others for a house inspection but I will also use him again in the furtue for any

I recently moved from California to Corning and used REP Home Inspection for structural, pest, and radon inspections on
a house I purchased. Your firm was referred by my real estate agent. I was very pleased with the inspection packet I
received with clear photos and explanations of all inspections and potential problems. I particularly liked the format you

When my husband and I put and offer in on our dream house, we were nervous that it may also become our money pit.
With it having sat vacant for some time, we knew it would be in our best interest to have it inspected. Our real estate
agent referred REP HOME INSPECTION (Rick) to us, stating that she believed he was very thorough. My husband
accompanied Rick on his inspection and confirmed that he was indeed very thorough, and that he didn't miss
inspecting an inch of the house. No more than 48 hours later, we received a completely professional looking, detailed
description of our home inspection on paper (with pictures). We were so impressed that we have now referred and
scheduled Rick to inspect the house my parents are purchasing. I believe Rick's best interest is in that of his clients,
and therefore is definately someone you want to ensure the safety that a home is supposed to provide.

Rick inspected a commercial property for my husband and I. He was very professional and his knowledge in his
subject is very comforting. He delivered our inspection to our home just a few days after completion. He also came
back to the site to make sure all improvements by the current owner were completed. He as very patient and very
