Introduction Letter to Perspective Clients

Dear Clients,

I would like to take a moment to introduce my Home Inspection Business to you. My
name is Rick Paul, the owner/inspector of REP HOME INSPECTION out of the Elmira
area. I can provide a professional analysis of your home for your protection. I serve the
Finger Lakes Region of New York State and Northern Pennsylvania. You will find my
services are second-to-none.

As you review the enclosed information, you will see that I am a full service Home
Inspector. I have studied buildings under the aspect of Fire Science through a course at
the Fire Academy in Montour Falls, NY. I have an Associate Degree from Corning
Community College, several certifications from New York State in building construction
and building maintenance; I am a NYS Certified Pesticide Applicator so I can do all the
Pest Inspections. I am a Certified Shingle Applicator from Certainteed Company, so I can
also do Roof Inspections. I have spent more than 3000 hours studying buildings, how
they are built, and how to make them safe.   As you review the information in these web
pages, you will be able to gain a sense of my expertise in these fields.

I would appreciate the opportunity to personally serve you in the area of doing Home
Inspections. I would like to dedicate 110% of my attention to all of your perspective
building purchases. My services do not end with the inspections, but I can be referred
back to for any building consulting needs.

My reports are done in a computer generated comprehensive, narrative format. This is
so when you read my reports you will understand the building in all aspects. Along with
the reports, you will receive a copy of documented pictures.
